今日3月8日は国際女性デー。

世界中の女性へ感謝とエールを送る日ですね！

そして、ミモザの日でもあります。

見ているだけで明るい気持ちになるかわいいお花ですよね。

イタリアでは、本来は男性が大切な女性に

感謝を込めてミモザの花を贈る日とされていますが、

私は、自分自身への労いを込めてミモザを購入しました☺︎

母として、一人の女性として、さまざまなことにチャレンジさせていただけていることに感謝すると共に、

世界中の女性が、自分の選んだ道を誇りを持って歩める世の中でありますように。

【International Women’s Day】

Mimosa

Today, March 8, is International Women’s Day—a day to express gratitude and support to women worldwide.

It’s also known as Mimosa Day. The sight of these charming flowers alone can brighten one’s mood.

In Italy, this day is traditionally when men express their appreciation to important women in their lives by giving them mimosa flowers.  However, I bought mimosa flowers for myself as a gesture of self-appreciation.

As a mother and as a woman, I am grateful for the various challenges I can take on. I hope that women around the world can walk the paths they have chosen with pride.
